1.Dual-Servo No-Stretch Feeding

Two rubber nip rollers plus two independent servo motors drive the film. Throughout feeding, sealing and cutting, the web is almost free of extra tension, eliminating the neck-down, distortion and “angel-hair” that plague conventional machines. Finished bags are perfectly flat and dimensionally accurate.

2.Servo-Controlled Heat-Sealing Unit

Both the transverse sealing bar and the corner (“eight-shape”) sealing bars are driven by separate servo motors. Sealing time, pressure and temperature are adjusted directly on the touch screen, so films of any thickness or formulation seal firmly in a single pass, cutting leakage and breakage rates.

3.Highly Integrated Automation

Feeding, sealing & cutting, scrap punching, counting, stacking and fault alarming run automatically from end to end. One operator can run several machines, while manual intervention—and the dimensional errors and waste it brings—are minimized, pushing output per labor hour sharply upward.

4.Wide Film Compatibility

The machine handles HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and other tubular films with equal ease, whether plain or flexo-printed, letting users switch orders quickly without mechanical tweaks.

5.Superior Bag Appearance

Because the film is never stretched, graphics stay in register and color marks remain perfectly positioned; the cut edge is clean and free of “whiskers,” eliminating the need for post-trimming and boosting customer satisfaction downstream.

In short, the combination of “servo no-stretch feeding + servo heat-sealing” delivers both rock-solid seals and premium bag aesthetics.
